UK Music has launched its annual Music Creators’ Survey aimed at UK-based artists, musicians, DJs, vocalists, songwriters, composers, producers, and engineers.

UK Music is the collective voice of the UK music industry, and its annual Creators’ Survey on creators’ earnings in 2025 will help us to calculate the economic contribution the industry made to the UK last year.

By completing this survey, you are also enabling UK Music and its member organisations to be more effective in speaking to government about the issues that impact you.

This would be impossible without us collecting economic data, tracked over time, to demonstrate how music contributes to the UK economy. And it is why we ask you to complete this survey each year. The information will also help our member organisations research the music industry and advocate on behalf of their members.

The data gathered from this survey informs UK Music’s annual economic analysis. You can read last year’s findings here.

This survey asks about your 2025 income and should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. By completing it, you also have the opportunity to win one of five £100 Amazon vouchers.

To ensure that the data we capture is as accurate as possible, we ask that you refer to your financial records. If it helps, you can start the survey and then come back and complete sections once you have the information to hand.

You can complete the survey via the button below.
