What the Hell is Article 13?

F.A.C.NOT FICTION - A music myth-buster for the EU Copyright Directive and online copyright reform. Article 13 is the part of the Directive that covers how "online content sharing services" should deal with copyright-protected content. It was approved in 2019 however, as the UK have now left the EU, it will not be implemented in the UK. The Directive is currently implemented into Member State’s domestic law across the EU.
