Award winning bassist and composer Daniel Casimir has become a regular fixture within the UK jazz scene providing his heavy weight upright sound for the likes of Nubya Garcia, Ashley Henry, Camilla George and Binker Golding to name a few.
The turning point in Daniel’s career was winning the Worshipful Company’s Young Jazz Musicians award in 2016. ‘London Jazz News’ described it as “it was Daniel Casimir who won the audience over last night and gained their vote by quite a margin, with a great mix of communicativeness, simplicity and sass.
