Council Of Music Makers: New year memo to employees at the major music companies

The Council Of Music Makers which comprises of the FAC, Ivors Academy, Music Managers Forum, Music Producers Guild and the Musicians’ Union.

Together we have published a new year message to employees at the major music companies in response to memos from their CEOs.

“It is great that more music is being consumed than ever before and that recorded music revenues continue to surge. However, for many professional music-makers these are incredibly challenging times.
