CIISA 2026-2029 Strategy

In the CIISA 2026–2029 strategy, Empowering Creativity by Protecting People, CIISA sets out its vision and delivery timetable for the period ahead, including the phased rollout of key services. This includes the introduction of an Independent Reporting Service designed to close accountability gaps, alongside a dedicated data and insight function to deepen understanding of the issues facing the sector.

From 2027/28, CIISA will introduce its early intervention function, helping to identify patterns of harmful behaviour and address issues before they escalate. This will include the development of mediation and arbitration services tailored specifically to the needs of the creative industries.
