Council of Music Makers Fix Streaming Webinar 2026

  • Online webinar 3 London Bridge Street London, England, SE1 9SG United Kingdom (map)

This is a free webinar from the Council Of Music Makers for members of the Featured Artists Coalition, The Ivors Academy, the Musicians’ Union, the Music Producers Guild and the Music Managers Forum on the economics of music streaming.

Join the Council of Music Makers (CMM) to find out how you can help us address some of the key issues with music streaming - plus, what questions you should be asking your business partners, how to get metadata right, and what you need to know about songwriter per diems and contract renegotiation.

We will update artists, musicians, songwriters, composers, producers and their managers, lawyers and accountants on what they need to know about the ongoing work to build a more equitable music streaming business.

For nearly five years now, the CMM organisations have been involved in various government-led initiatives to address issues around streaming transparency, data and remuneration. This has resulted in platforms, labels, distributors and publishers making some commitments to address some of the issues.
