FAC announce new partnership with the University Of Hertfordshire

With education being at the heart of the FAC's remit, we are delighted to announce a new partnership with the University of Hertfordshire, which is globally renowned for its Music, Film & Television degree courses and state-of-the art studios. As part of the partnership the University of Hertfordshire, will be offering free multi-camera video production and live sound recording sessions to FAC Pro members.

Having recently invested heavily in a new live music venue, the University of Hertfordshire will be giving FAC Pro members the opportunity to play in an as-live setting, whilst having their performances professionally captured for free-to-utilise video assets. The 'Propeller Sessions' which are akin to the BBC’s ‘Later…’ will offer artists the chance to have up to five tracks captured, which can then be used by artists as promotional assets across all their online channels.

With a thriving School of Creative Arts, the University’s campus is near to London and hosts a wide range of music and other creative courses. FAC members who take part in the 'Propeller Sessions' will also be able to access other facilities including recording/mastering studio time with University of Hertfordshire sound engineer support, live music video production for pre-recorded tracks, photography, graphic design, PR/comms/social media, technology-based research and development/innovation.

Keep your eyes open for announcements starting next week on how you can apply to access the Propeller Sessions as part of your FAC Pro membership.
